Description

ChatterBlast Media is looking for a versatile, detail-driven Graphic & Motion Designer to support our Creative Department. This role is primarily focused on developing strong, on-brand visual content across platforms (social media assets, presentations, websites, motion graphics, and more), with opportunities to support the broader creative team needs.


This position will report directly to the Creative Manager and is ideal for a designer who is comfortable adapting style across brands, producing at volume, and moving quickly when timelines call for it. This is a part-time, contracted position through August 2026, with potential to extend beyond that timeframe.


This is a hybrid position that will require some weekly in-person collaboration at ChatterBlast headquarters, so applicants must be located in the Philadelphia region.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts and visuals for a variety of creative projects, including presentations, websites, and social media campaigns. Must be able to adapt the same graphic for multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Demonstrate experience creating materials across all visual formats, including typographic, illustrative, graphic, and animated elements.
  • Enhance our creative output with your artistic eye.
  • Collaborate with the creative team.
  • Turn preliminary concepts into finished designs.
  • Faithfully follow both internal and client brand guidelines and help ensure consistency across all work.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of relevant design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, and Figma.
  • A portfolio that illustrates your creativity, exceptional skills, and passion for design.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Understanding of brand communication and digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience creating designs that translate effectively to web and social media executions.
  • Ability to take direction from creative leaders and apply constructive feedback.
  • A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with / curiosity about AI-enabled design tools and a willingness to test new workflows as the space evolves
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere.
  • Experience helping define or evolve a brand’s identity and presence from the ground up.

Hours & Compensation:

  • 12–16 hours per week
  • Set, recurring online hours during standard business hours
  • Specific days and schedule to be determined based on candidate availability and team needs
  • $25–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience
