St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers (affiliated with Providence St. Joseph Health) is seeking a part-time bilingual (Spanish/English) LVN to provide exemplar patient care at our La Amistad Clinic, in Anaheim, California.
$25 - $33/hour, based upon experience
16-hour work week
Non-hospital setting

Essential Functions:
Using clinical best practices and disease registries provide population health management. Additionally, as needed, under the direction of a Registered Nurse or licensed medical provider, perform clinical functions within the scope of practice, including, but not limited to: immunizations, performance of vital signs, hearing and vision screening, and medication dispensing.
Education:
Graduate of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Program.
License/ Certifications:
Valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse license.
Provider level basic life support (BLS) from AHA approved program.
Experience:
One-Two (1-2) years of LVN experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrate a commitment and passion for working with underserved patient populations.
Demonstrates the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
