The Central Sterile Technician will:

• Focus on decontaminating, cleaning, assembling, packing and sterilizing surgical and medical equipment using autoclaves and washers. 
• Document processes, manage inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with infection control standards to support the surgical team.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospital sterile processing (preferred)
• Sterile Processing Certification (preferred)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
• Basic computer skills

Salary Range:  The base rate for this position is $22.00 - $25.50 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
