Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant (Entry Level) to
join our team and support our senior leaders in delivering innovative health and care solutions. At
Medecision/Excell, you'll work alongside talented professionals who are passionate about transforming
healthcare, making a meaningful impact on millions of lives. As an entry-level
Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support and help them manage
their day-to-day activities and priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for executives.
- Support domestic travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Help prepare and organize expense reports to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Organize shared files and maintain electronic documents for easy team access.
- Support the creation of presentations and correspondence, working with colleagues and vendors as needed.
- Assist with meeting and event coordination including booking rooms, managing invites, and preparing agendas and notes.
- Follow administrative policies and procedures to maintain smooth office operations.
- Help with basic project coordination and special assignments as they arise.
- Handle confidential information professionally and with discretion.
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience, internships, or relevant coursework will be considered.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to learn SharePoint and other platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of executives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
