Step into the Spotlight

We’re looking for an Event Manager who knows Nashville, loves hospitality, and thrives when the pressure is on. This is a life-changing opportunity in a rapidly growing downtown Nashville scene—where the energy is high, the cuisine is elevated, and unforgettable experiences are the standard. You’ll manage private events across two premier destinations—Halls Chophouse and Halls Catch—both setting the bar for upscale dining and hospitality in Music City. You understand what it takes to deliver world-class private events, and you’ve got the charisma to make every guest feel like the star of the show. This isn’t a day job—you’ll be present throughout events and work restaurant hours, rolling up your sleeves and making magic happen from the first inquiry to the final toast.

Why Join Us

Be part of an ambitious expansion in a vibrant market—set a new standard for private events in Nashville. Earn competitively with base + commission and grow with a team that invests in your success. Work with an experienced leadership group at Hall Management Group, where high performance is recognized and careers accelerate. Apply now and bring your best to Halls team. Your stage is set!

The Role

You’ll lead private events end to end across Halls Chophouse and Halls Catch—building relationships, driving sales, crafting experiences, and being hands-on during service to set the tone for excellence. From intimate dinners to large celebrations, you’ll ensure every detail reflects the uncompromising standards of HMG.

We partner with the best purveyors, source only the finest ingredients, and—most importantly—hire people who make dining out feel extraordinary. We believe in high standards, humble confidence, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way—every guest, every service, every time.
