Description

The HR Operations & Project Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing core HR functions, including leave and absence management, occupational health, HR operations, engagement survey, and the development and analysis of HR metrics. This role ensures that HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals, supporting both employee experience and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Project Management

  • Track and report on talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity hiring outcomes.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes (e.g., personnel records, HRIS data accuracy, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Develop, track, and analyze HR metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to HR leadership and management teams.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Facilitate and analyze surveys; including onboarding, engagement and exit surveys
  • Lead other projects and culture initiatives as assigned.

2. Leave Management

  • Manage and standardize all employee leave processes (FMLA, ADA, state family leave, and company PTO policies) across all markets.
  • Implement and maintain systems for leave tracking and reporting.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex leave cases and coordinate with HRBP, payroll and benefits teams for pay and benefits continuity.
  • Audit leave data regularly to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

3. Occupational Health and Safety

  • Responsible for Occupational Health program management, inclusive of required Vaccinations, Annual Flu, and Incident Intervention in partnership with the Clinical team.
  • Oversee the collection, verification, and secure storage of vaccination and health-related documentation in compliance OSHA. Respond promptly to Occupational Health questions.
  • Support and monitor workplace safety programs across all markets, including incident tracking and prevention initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Clinical and cross-functional teams to assist in developing policies, auditing, and completing Occupational Health requirements for employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certificate (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in leave management, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and effective HR practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and data analysis tools.

Base Salary/ Wage Range $75,000 to $85,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
