McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a candidate to fill the extraordinarily crucial role of Intake Specialist with 1-3 years experience. This is a great opportunity to work as the first point of contact for potential clients. Those with experience in sales understand the importance of a quality first impression.

Applicants must have a positive attitude, be responsible, possess the ability to work under pressure and detail-oriented.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive new client leads including online inquiries and telephone inquiries.
• Follow-up on new leads
• Review sign-up documents with new client
• Cover front desk breaks and lunches

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Intake or Personal Injury
• Strong date-entry skills.

We will provide comprehensive training and support for the right person.

Salary: $18-$26 per hour

• US work authorization (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
