The Field Marketing Representative collaborates with current, prospective and new agency partners, through telephone, electronic communication, and office visits, to deepen relationships and promote profitable growth. This position manages territory to develop, direct and support successful strategies to deliver favorable results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliver peace of mind and fulfills our promise to provide excellent service.

· Build and deepen relationships with agency and company partners, through regular in-person visits or via telephone and electronic communication, with appropriate follow-up to reinforce key messages.
· Appoint new agents to enhance existing distribution channels.
· Develop recommendations and effectively communicate termination decisions, as necessary and in support of corporate and departmental goals.
· Deliver value-added agent training on company products, processing systems, underwriting criteria, and marketing strategies.
· Analyze company information, including sales and loss, and market trends to identify, evaluate, and recommend strategies to maximize profitable agency growth.
· Act as a company representative who expands the brand through every interaction, including agent meetings, internal interactions with key partners and fellow sales staff, as well as trade show attendance and industry events.
· Facilitate efficient appointment scheduling, trip routing, and timely follow up to agency meetings as well as balance assigned agencies and managed territory duties to ensure timely workflows and attention to opportunities as they arise.
· Develop marketing strategies, implement campaigns, and monitor results to support increased brand awareness and profitable growth objectives.
· Establish sales plans, analyze results, and implement effective plans to deliver profitable growth for assigned territory. Collaborate with all levels of the marketing, underwriting and claims teams to coordinate effective plans and deliver favorable results.
· Demonstrate initiative to perform at a higher level of independence with executing core job responsibilities.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Equivalent experience may substitute for minimum educational requirements. Equivalent experience may include two (2) years of relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant Agency or Insurance experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS

LICENSES
Valid Driver’s License required.
Must possess or be willing to obtain a 2-20 Florida Agent License.
