We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support both Inventory and Shipping functions and keep our operation running smoother than Stark Industries. From pulling and bin running to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, you’ll play a key role in delivering “monster memories” to customers everywhere. During peak season, you’ll be one of the warehouse heroes helping ensure accuracy, speed, safety, and teamwork across departments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Inventory Operations
- Prepare and stage inventory for Shipping, including pulling, bin filling, and bin running.
- Utilize hand-held scanners to complete inventory processes accurately.
- Access ERP systems to verify locations, research inventory questions, and resolve discrepancies.
- Process Return-to-Bin (RTB) items following internal procedures.
- Participate in regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Move inventory stored on pallets and assist with overstock pulls and replenishment.
- Support inventory projects such as stock transfers, consolidations, and warehouse layout improvements.
Shipping Operations
- Pick items using hand-held scanners.
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort orders by carrier to ensure timely shipment.
- Support assigned shipping functions including bagging, quality control, loading docks, stacking, tote running, and carrier pickups.
- Maintain adequate supplies at packing stations.
- Assist Shipping and Receiving departments as workload dictates.
Equipment & Warehouse Support
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, power jacks, and order picker machines (training provided for inventory).
- Move inbound shipments from receiving to overstock and replenish pick locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Team & Leadership Support (as applicable)
- Assist in overseeing work areas during peak season.
- Train and mentor seasonal or temporary employees.
- Direct staff to assigned work areas based on workload priorities.
- Provide guidance, encouragement, and feedback to support performance and job satisfaction.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (pallet jack, order picker, forklift) preferred but not required.
- Willingness to train, complete, and pass Machine Operator training, including road test.
