Our housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our hotel for our guests and to help ensure they feel welcome and enjoy their stay. Tasks will involve cleaning guestrooms, including changing sheets, mopping floors and cleaning restrooms. 

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach all guests and employees with a smile.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Make beds, change linens, clean and sanitize guestrooms and bathrooms. 
• Restock guest supplies such as soap, shampoo, bottles of water or coffee service.
• Vacuum, sweep or mop floors as appropriate.
• Report any technical or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Perform other tasks / jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Intermittent “deep cleaning” tasks
• Cleaning a list of up to 16 checkouts a day to AC Hotel standards with a 30 minute time standard to complete each room.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous housekeeping experience
• Ability to bend, lift, carry and move 25-60 pounds- ability to push a housekeeping cart that weighs up to 300 pounds,fully stocked
• Ability to work standing or walking for entire shift
• Strong attention to detail 
• Available to work any day of the week- Open Availability 
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members.
