Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Full-Time Night Shift (7p–7a)

Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Status: Full-Time (36 hours/week)

About the Role

Advanced Health Care of Glendale is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a full-time night shift position. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care and being part of a supportive clinical team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will assist residents and patients with daily living activities while supporting overall clinical care, including:

• Providing safe, compassionate patient care and support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Assisting with feeding and hydration needs
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Supporting a positive, respectful experience for patients and families

• Current Arizona CNA License
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR Certification
• 2-Step TB Test (Current/Negative)
•  Ability to work Sun/Wed/Thurs nights (7p–7a) consistently
• Strong communication skills and a team-centered mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
• Strong reliability and attendance history
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
