Regional Clinical Nurse (RN)

Northwest Ohio | Hybrid

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and leadership across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities in Northwest Ohio. This role is ideal for a seasoned clinical leader with regional, multi-site experience and prior DON experience who thrives in a hybrid environment.

Position Overview:
The Regional Clinical Nurse partners closely with facility leadership teams to ensure consistent clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong quality outcomes across the region. This hybrid position includes both on-site facility support and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regional clinical oversight to multiple SNF locations
   
• Support, mentor, and guide DONs, ADONs, and nursing leadership teams
   
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and CMS standards
   
• Lead and support survey readiness, mock surveys, and plans of correction
   
• Monitor quality metrics, infection control, and clinical outcomes
   
• Implement and standardize clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
   
• Serve as a clinical resource during leadership transitions or operational challenges
   

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Ohio required; compact/multi-state preferred)
   
• Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience required
   
• Regional or multi-site SNF experience required
   
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and QAPI processes
   
• Proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
   
• Ability to travel throughout Northwest Ohio as needed
   
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid role
