Description

The Builder Sales Specialist role is crucial for driving business growth through effective relationship building and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, Appliance sales, and lead generation, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Promote multi-line luxury appliance brand through Builder Community.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Participate in HBA, NARI, NKBA, and networking events to promote products and services.
  • Work closely with District Sales Manager to develop relationships with Dealer outside sales team to drive business.
  • Work with Architect and Design Community to be specified in large project work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent lead generation capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
  • Strong ability with MS Office, Teams and Power BI a plus.
