The Institute for the Psychological Sciences at Divine Mercy University (DMU), in collaboration with McLean Hospital, the largest psychiatric affiliate of Harvard Medical School, is pleased to invite applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Fellows in the area of Spirituality and Mental Health . This is an exciting opportunity for an early career researcher to participate in a multi-year, grant-funded research collaboration. The position will be based in Sterling, VA and will commence no later than Fall 2021. Salary is competitive.
The Post-Doctoral fellow will work under the supervision of a Research Professor within our program, and in collaboration with other clinical and research faculty employed at the Institute for the Psychological Sciences, as well as researchers from McLean Hospital. Duties of the Post-Doctoral Fellow will include but not be limited to the following activities:
The Post-Doctoral fellow will also provide supervision and mentorship to a team of research assistants, and teach one statistics and one research methods course per academic year. Opportunities to supervise and mentor graduate students may be available, depending on interest and aptitude. Applicants must have a recent doctoral degree in psychology with a solid background in research design, statistics and data analysis.
