Description

The Parts E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for daily processing of online and over-the-phone orders from our wholesale customers. Fast-paced environment ensures you’ll be challenged and learn valuable skills in a high-performing sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process parts orders from independent repair facilities, collision centers, and fleets/municipalities over the phone, through email, and inside online web portals
  • Offer related parts sales based on what the customer is ordering
  • Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them
  • Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner
  • Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry

Requirements

 Job Requirements:

  • Full-time position Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch
  • Computer and phone use required for job – must be proficient with both
  • Prior automotive parts experience required
  • Team oriented
  • Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Background check and drug test required – this is a safety-sensitive position
Salary Description
Salary + Commission - $4166 to $5000 per month
