Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Receive, sort and distribute mail
- Assist all walk-in clients with payments and billing questions
- Coordinates all on-demand and renewal cert issuance
- Completes change request ordering from carrier
- Processes audits that are not premium bearing or do not have a large increase (send other audits to AM/Producer)
- Sends all policies to be checked by third party vendor
- Checks endorsements from carrier for accuracy
- Processes cancellations (DB non pay, LPR’s received from AM, and sending non renewals to AM/Producer)
- Handles escalating premium bearing change requests and audits to AM
- Completes MVR requests for underwriting only
- Orders loss runs when requested
- Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.

Requirements
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Minimum 2-4 years of insurance experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal guidance in order to meet deadlines.
- Good oral and written communication skills to articulate key information.
- Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- High emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, data analysis, and process innovation.
- Self-starter and work with direction and taking ownership of areas of responsibility.
- Detail-oriented.
