Pay: $29.22–$39.45 per hour $24.33 - $32.00 per hour

Additional Pay Incentives:
- $7/hour evening shift differential OR Sign-On Bonus (Up to $10k paid out quarterly over a period of time), offered for 2 pm-10 pm shift only OR Student Loan Forgiveness: Available with either option above: (Quarterly loan forgiveness payout)
- $2 night shift differential (10 pm-6 am all days)
- Additional $2 weekend shift differential (offered from 6 am Saturday to 6 am Monday)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Nurse is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to residents in a senior care setting in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. This role includes assessing resident conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring for changes in status, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The Nurse also plays a key role in resident and family communication, documentation, supervision of nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Current CPR certification.
- Organized with the ability to maintain accuracy, possess computer experience, and a willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written assignments using the English language.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with nursing assistants and nursing administration to ensure established standards of care are met.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service using a friendly, outgoing, and customer-first approach.
- A pleasant personality with the ability to work closely with staff, residents, and family members in a calm, cooperative, respectful, and professional manner.
- Proven ability to always maintain confidentiality.
