Description
Support schools in the development of each campus’ marketing strategy to support the recruitment and retention of students and staff. Contribute to the development and implementation of social media and marketing strategies that build a consistent brand at the site and system level. Develop and disseminate internal and external communications that highlight the company’s and schools’ impacts to help build brand awareness, boost morale among stakeholders, and recruit qualified personnel.
Requirements
Digital Marketing:
- Develop, implement and support the schools’ use of the Brand Kit, including effective use of brand standards, enrollment posts, event promotion, and student, family, and/or community engagement.
- Facilitate regular professional learning opportunities for all schools based on data collection, enrollment data, and trends across all schools’ social media platforms.
- Provide additional social media support to schools that struggle to meet enrollment targets and/or have an underdeveloped social media presence, including the use of a social media content calendar.
- Build and manage primary enrollment campaigns on social media (includes landing pages). Ad copy and creative refreshed monthly.
- Build and manage secondary enrollment campaigns on social media, specific to the enrollment and student engagement needs of each campus. Ad copy and creative refreshed monthly.
- Collect and share relevant data with site and system leadership, provide professional learning opportunities to maximize the use of data analytics to measure the success of social media platforms.
- Support, help develop and monitor schools’ social media platforms and websites and provide regular feedback to site and system leadership regarding the company's Social Media & Website expectations.
- Oversee and manage company's social media platforms and website updates.
Communication:
- Support schools in use of student information software to promote regular communication between schools and families, includes managing automated attendance calls regarding student attendance and family engagement.
- Support the company's departments in communication needs.
- Prepare and send press releases as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Constant Contact, Google Suite, Excel, Zoom, social media accounts, and Canva.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or high school diploma with at least 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
