What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of new product onboarding (NPOB), including private label and reformulated products 
  • Coordinate label design, regulatory approvals, and data entry into ERP and customer portals 
  • Align cross-functional teams (Regulatory, QA, Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering) to ensure smooth product launches 
  • Oversee product transitions and end-of-life processes, including inventory phase-outs 
  • Maintain compliance with Kosher, Non-GMO, and organic certifications 
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients through the PMO 
  • Develop SOPs and work instructions to streamline onboarding processes 
  • Participate in cross-functional product development projects 
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Catania’s product specs, customers, and regulatory requirements
Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, development, or marketing (preferably in food or CPG) 
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in business preferred 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other MS Office tools 
  • Experience with ERP systems and customer onboarding portals
  • EDI experience preferred  
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills 
  • Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal 
  • Project management experience or certification is a plus
