The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, generating leads, developing, and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded. This is a field sale position and will require check-ins at our clinics and face-to-face outreach in the territory to drive referrals and businesses. This position will require local and regional travel up to 95% of the time.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing business clients
- Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the client’s needs
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and generating leads through effective marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
