The IT Analyst will serve as the first-line technical support to CleanSlate users to best resolve technical issues, providing end-user guidance aligning with CleanSlate’s policies and values.  This role will manage hardware assets through their tier lifecycle and maintain system updates to meet our security and user requirements.  Oversee daily operational health and maintenance tasks.  Retain accurate records, procedures, and training documentation.   When necessary, the IT Support Analyst will escalate issues to management. 


Job Summary 

End User Support 

  • First-line support to troubleshoot and diagnose user-facing technical issues including: 

 laptops, tablets, network services, and office productivity applications. 

  • Analyze reported incidents, identify problems, and initiate a timely resolution. 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to servicing customers – CSTG Employees and Contractors while complying with our policies and guidelines. 
  • Develop processes and procedures for end users to encourage system and application adoption. 

Asset/Device Management 

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all IT assets, managing each asset through its complete lifecycle- from acquisition to retirement. 
  • Manage mobile devices using; Intune, Jamf and BigFix ensuring compliance with organizational policies and efficient device lifecycle management. 
  • Contribute to the strategy, design, and implementation of endpoint technology images and solutions.  
  • Test and validate new system patches and release of operating systems. 
  • Operational responsibility for endpoint management tools to report, secure, update, and automate the delivery of application or base images. 

Operational 

  • Ensure up-to-date documentation on IT processes. 
  • Create and maintain technical documentation on system support models, common issues, and solutions. 
  • Provide recommendations for application configuration and IT solutions as needed. 
  • Day to Day oversight of application and system health monitoring. 
  • Reporting and Analytics. 
  • Client installation, tracking, reporting: get CSTG env tracking and reporting, build base metal installations, create Windows install packages. 
  • Meet and identify/address needs- follow up and report on request status and provide guidance for IT changes/information. 

Growth Plan 

  • Shadow Cloud Consultant Team on a Project and assist when applicable. 
  • Shadow ITAM Team on a Project and assist when applicable. 
  • Become a Product Owner on CSTG technologies. 
  • Obtain the following Certifications: 
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect, AWS Cloud Ops Engineer, Azure Fundamentals, M365: Endpoint Administrator Associate 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience. 
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or Systems Administration. 
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills. 
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions. 
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.  
  • General networking knowledge. 
  • Understanding end clients’ needs. 
  • Practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning: Principles, Processes, and Theories. 
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and CRM reporting tools. 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
