We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Camp Counselor to join our team. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of campers while providing a fun and engaging experience. You will work closely with other counselors and staff to plan and implement daily activities and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Plan and lead daily activities and programs for campers
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all campers
- Provide guidance and support to campers as needed
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized campsite
- Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance are preferred.
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lead and engage campers in a variety of activities
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
