The Westfield Area YMCA is looking for a caring and compassionate individual to work as an EMT in our summer camp program with children between the ages of 3-15 years old. Primary Responsibilities

• Responds to all emergencies that arise within camp and signs off on incident reports
• Responsible for maintaining camp first aid supplies and kits
• Assists in preparing allergy list for campers and reviewing proper medical procedures and prevention
• Assists with labeling and tracking of all medications for each camper
• Monitors and reviews the medical log books for each camp site

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM 

Job Type: Seasonal June 1, 2026 – August 28, 2026

• Must be a certified EMT or licensed RN/LPN
• Must have a driver's license and own transportation
• Must be a minimum of age 18
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Enjoys working with children
