Grace Adventures Ministries is a religious organization that makes employment decisions on Bible based beliefs and practices. Because of the nature of our Christian program; Christian belief, character, and practice are essential requirements of employment positions.
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the overall ministry of Grace Adventures by working with the Marketing Director to tell the story of Grace Adventures and maximizing utilization of all programs. The manager will assist in implementing the marketing strategies, recruiting strategies, and strategic partnerships of Grace Adventures’ ministries.
ASSUMPTIONS:
- The Marketing Manager will continue to evaluate current marketing procedures to assess the effectiveness in meeting yearly goals.
- This person will multitask and have the ability to manage communications, marketing, media, and provide services to the constituency as needed.
- The Marketing Manager will fulfill the vision for the marketing department set by the Marketing Director.
- This person will work effectively in a multi-team environment.
GENERAL RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Manage website, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, user-friendly, and visually compelling.
- Capture pictures and videos of events, participants, staff, and grounds at all 4 campuses.
- Overseeing the summer media team for marketing and development purposes.
- Manage social media efforts for public relations, promotion, brand building, and advertising.
- Assist with creating content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and additional platforms to drive promotion and enhance brand visibility.
- Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Assist the Registrar with registration and check-in duties. Serve as the primary backup to the Registrar, capable of managing registration operations.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing promotional events.
- Directed supervision of marketing apprentice (when hired).
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with churches, para-church ministries, schools, and families.
- Assist the program team by educating on external trends.
- Accept other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A testimony and lifestyle that gives evidence of a true experience of salvation by grace in Jesus Christ
- An attitude of excellence in workmanship
- A supportive attitude to the needs of staff, campers, and the goals of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- A desire to learn and develop new skills
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Knowledge of and participation in ongoing training for marketing and recruitment
- An ability to plan, direct, and supervise the energies of staff and volunteer workers
- Experience with graphic design, website development, photography, and video production
- Have the physical ability to travel and implement camp activities over a 378-acre campus. At times, lifting and carrying are part of the job
- Be flexible to change as the greater need of the ministry and fulfillment of the organization’s mission statement requires, by performing any duties as assigned
