We are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies. This role partners closely with senior leadership to align recruiting initiatives with business objectives, build diverse leadership pipelines, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The position serves as a trusted advisor, change agent, and people leader while ensuring compliance with best practices and delivering an exceptional candidate and teammate experience. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to develop and execute workforce and recruiting strategies aligned with short and long-term business goals.
  • Advise on talent strategies, hiring plans, and best practices to meet organizational demand.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure alignment between talent supply and business needs.
  • Identify and mitigate staffing-related risks through proactive consultation, data analysis, and collaboration.
  • Ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse, high-performing talent across both high-volume and corporate roles.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with third-party vendors, staffing partners, and external resources.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and pre-hire onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, online platforms, networking, and external partnerships.
  • Leverage key talent pools and industry relationships to build strong, sustainable candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects professionalism, transparency, and respect.
  • Contribute to and support the talent acquisition branding strategy by acting as a leader of culture and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and other external talent sources.
  • Stay current on labor market trends, talent dynamics, and best practices to continuously refine recruiting approaches.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and serve as a change agent during periods of transformation.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and development support to direct reports.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition processes in partnership with leadership.
  • Track, measure, and report recruiting efficiency, productivity, and outcomes using recruitment analytics and metrics.
  • Deliver creative and innovative solutions to improve recruiting systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Ensure effective utilization of HRIS, ATS, and talent management systems to support recruiting operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience leading high-performing talent acquisition teams in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated success delivering diverse and robust talent pipelines across a variety of roles and levels.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic recruiting programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a high degree of business acumen.
  • Excellent relationship management, stakeholder influence, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret, analyze, and present insights to senior leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, manage, and hold teams accountable.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

The US base pay range for this position is $135,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
