We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage the Non Ammonia Mechanical Integrity Program. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of mechanical systems that do not involve ammonia-based processes. You will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of mechanical integrity strategies, focusing on non-ammonia systems to uphold operational excellence. Your expertise will drive proactive maintenance, root cause analysis, and system design enhancements aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Summary of job responsibilities:
Inspection of the following but not limited to production scales, vacuum tube shuttle/dolly/report, lubrication & rust control. Icehouse, A/B/C, Ice injectors 1/2/3. Ice fill & delivery system including motor changes. Ice makers & conveyors. Dry conveyor. The person responsible for the above will need to make sure the moving parts are inspected for ware, cleanliness, correct lubrication is regularly applied and that the components are safe to operate. Maintain an established working inventory of spare parts.
Necessary Skills:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations
Must have basic math skills
Gas and electric welding is a plus
Basic electricity troubleshooting is a plus
PVC plumbing is a plus
Experienced in bearing maintenance. (repair & replace)
Additional requirements:
You must be able to pass a respirator fit test. All applicants will be skilled tested.
Physical requirements: Walk, Bend, climb, stand, lift, up to 50lbs.
