About the Role 

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of Growth Activation Specialists responsible for selling services to owner-operators in the trucking industry. This role ensures the team meets performance goals, follows best practices, and delivers exceptional results in promoting 10-4 WEX, Truckloads Loadboard, Factoring Services, and the Trucker Path App


  

Key Responsibilities 

Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate Growth Activation Specialists to achieve individual and team sales targets. 

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, monitor daily activities, and ensure adherence to sales processes. 

Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. 

Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition. 

Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. 

Problem Solving: Address challenges faced by the team and provide solutions to improve efficiency and results. 

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to align efforts and optimize outcomes. 

 

Requirements 

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trucking/logistics services is a plus. 

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a sales team. 

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Analytical: Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions. 

Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools and reporting systems. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience managing outbound sales teams targeting cold leads. 

• Background in SaaS or financial services sales.
