Description

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience to support a high-volume sales and contact center environment in the home improvement industry. This is an onsite, senior-level role partnering closely with Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations.  The ideal candidate is Salesforce-certified, highly collaborative, analytically strong, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security 
  • Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, and automation
  • Support lead management, speed-to-lead, call tracking, and reporting 
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Leadership
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across leads, contacts, accounts, and projects
  • Partner with Sales, Contact Center, Marketing, and Field Operations teams
  • Provide Salesforce training, documentation, and ongoing user support 
  • Participate in Salesforce releases, testing, and continuous improvement

Requirements


  • 4+ years Salesforce Administrator experience 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) 
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and security 
  • Experience supporting sales-driven, high lead-volume environments 
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced office environment
