Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards and legal alcohol service regulations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol consumption

- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently

- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

- Provide excellent customer service, answer guest inquiries, and create a welcoming environment

- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume or entertainment venue

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment

- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory 

Must comply with Venue Uniform Policy & Standards

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours

Valid bartending license or certification as required by local regulations

Must be 21 years of age or older
