As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 20-25 young staff members. Your responsibilities will include staff management, inventory control, customer engagement, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires effective leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for creating a delightful customer experience in a fun and lively setting.


Team Leadership:

  • Supervise a small team of staff members, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service by setting and maintaining high standards for product quality, presentation, and customer interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are prepared according to established recipes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and cleanings on ice cream machines and equipment.

Training and Development:

  • Provide ongoing training to staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement.
Requirements
