We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help lead our continued record growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and manage all sales team members to consistently meet Meyers standards
- Lead and support the sales team by working deals alongside them and directly with customers
- Perform and oversee customer negotiations with professionalism and transparency
- Conduct daily training sessions and performance reviews to promote continuous improvement
- Track sales leads and ensure timely, effective follow-up across the team
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive long-term success

Qualifications
- Sales management experience in RV, Automotive, or Motorsport industries (required)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on, team-first management style
- Ability to track performance metrics and lead consistent follow-up
- Finance management experience is a plus
Salary Description
$115k to $140k
