We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help lead our continued record growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and manage all sales team members to consistently meet Meyers standards
     
  • Lead and support the sales team by working deals alongside them and directly with customers
     
  • Perform and oversee customer negotiations with professionalism and transparency
     
  • Conduct daily training sessions and performance reviews to promote continuous improvement
     
  • Track sales leads and ensure timely, effective follow-up across the team
     
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive long-term success

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in RV, Automotive, or Motorsport industries (required)
     
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills
     
  • Hands-on, team-first management style
     
  • Ability to track performance metrics and lead consistent follow-up
     
  • Finance management experience is a plus
Salary Description
$115k to $140k
