ARCHBRIDGE FAMILY OFFICE is seeking a new Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our team as our long-time receptionist of over 15 years is retiring. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration and client service within a dynamic, professional environment. ArchBridge works with approximately 65 client families across the country, advising on more than $15 billion of total wealth.
Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, guests, and vendors. This role requires a professional, courteous, and organized individual who can manage front desk operations while supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. This is an in-office position with regular office hours Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with an hour lunch break.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree considered a plus
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role in a financial or professional services environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SharePoint considered a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to changing responsibilities and work styles
- High energy level, strong work ethic, and quick learner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist employees and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Administrative Support:
- Prepare conference rooms and arrange catering for internal and external meetings
- Schedule and manage calendar invites for internal meetings and events
- Maintain office supply and cafe inventory and place orders
General Office Duties:
- Coordinate with building management for facilities maintenance, cleaning and repairs
- Maintain reception, supply rooms and office café areas, keeping them clean and organized
- Support special projects, office tasks and events as assigned
