Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Professional to support, maintain, and improve our organization’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and support requests
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on IT-related projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and cybersecurity best practices
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Relevant certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Scripting or automation experience
