Regional Sales Representative – MRI

Location: Central Region - Multi-State Territory (Remote-based) 

Travel: Up to 70%, including overnight and occasional international travel

Esaote North America is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative – MRI to manage a multi-state territory and drive sales of our Dedicated MRI solutions. This role combines consultative capital sales, clinical engagement, and strategic territory management to meet revenue targets while promoting clinical excellence.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed quota.
  • Build relationships with orthopedic groups, rheumatologists, podiatrists, and healthcare administrators.
  • Prospect for new opportunities and maintain a robust sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-division opportunities and share insights.
  • Attend tradeshows and events to generate leads and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of capital equipment sales experience, preferably in radiology or imaging.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas over 3+ years.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MRI systems and clinical workflows.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced training in imaging or sales is a plus.
