Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

- Support other kitchen staff in meal preparation and plating

- Ensure timely and efficient service during busy hours


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


We are looking for someone to work 930am-1pm 4-5 days a week.  Primary responsibilities will be ensuring prep is done to standard each shift.  You will also assist as a line cook during the busier times.  We are open 11am-8pm (9pm in spring/summer), Monday-Saturday, closed on Sundays.

Salary Description
$12-$15/hr DOE
