The Director of Aesthetic Operations must demonstrate a passion for the field of aesthetics. This role involves coordinating and overseeing all administrative, marketing, cosmetic patient services, and daily operational needs of the practice. The Director reports to the Founder & Director of the aesthetics practice, regularly informing them of operational issues. They also manage and educate staff while setting and tracking financial goals for the aesthetics center.
The Director is expected to keep up with industry trends in plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery, and aesthetics through networking, educational meetings, journals, magazines, and other resources. They will also advise the Founder & Director on opportunities, new technologies, and operational improvements. This role involves collaboration with the parent company Practice Administrator and HR on employee matters such as hiring, firing, compensation, and discipline.
The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with experience managing interpersonal team dynamics and the public image of a high-profile aesthetic surgery practice, including on social media.
· Provide strategic direction, operational structure, and supervision of all activities at the MFP practice and its satellite locations.
· Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal quality and safety guidelines.
· Administer operating and marketing budgets, manage resources and equipment, and consult Human Resources on related matters.
· Monitor and ensure all KPIs are met in alignment with goals.
· Prepare monthly reports and performance recaps.
· Submit biweekly payroll for commissioned employees.
· Participate in monthly manager meetings and identify operational opportunities and training needs.
· Evaluate and place orders for new product lines and brands.
· Maintain and update all practice-related documentation.
· Coordinate staff training with vendors and ensure educational needs are met.
· Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans; oversee all marketing initiatives.
· Follow the aesthetic consultation sales cycle and assist with high-value patient interactions.
· Supervise and train the front office team to maintain practice standards.
· Plan annual marketing strategy and budget.
· Evaluate and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for patient-centered care.
· Organize staff orientations, meetings, and safety updates. Communicate policy changes.
· Act as a liaison and delegator for staff, and report staff concerns to senior leadership.
· Clearly communicate expectations and enforce codes of conduct.
· Lead team-building activities. Manage strategic budgeting and facility upkeep.
· Schedule meetings with product and laser vendors. Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced.
· Order backbar items for aesthetic treatments.
· Collaborate with local charities for community engagement.
· Demonstrate planning and development skills to expand services based on patient and team needs.
· Show mature decision-making and initiative; identify and solve practice management problems.
· Act strategically, with creativity and resourcefulness.
· Manage e-commerce platforms and monthly promotions.
· Oversee all social media platforms and analyze performance insights.
· Develop brand identity and marketing tools.
· Monitor and analyze website traffic with Google Analytics and oversee SEO/SEM campaigns.
· Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events.
· Review platforms and respond professionally to patient feedback via social media.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.

MININUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Services, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a plastic surgery or aesthetics medical setting.
· Specialized certifications and/or training may be required based on the role’s evolving needs.
