We’re a California-based home care agency seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to complete per-diem client assessments and QA supervisory visits. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, works independently, and is genuinely passionate about caring for others.
Assessments are scheduled as needed, allowing you to accept work based on your availability while remaining an essential part of high-quality client care.

Position Details
- Per-diem / as-needed
- Pay: $75 per completed assessment
- Pay Schedule: within 4–5 business days after a valid invoice is received
- Schedule: Flexible, with opportunities for last-minute assessments
- Location: within Orange County (no shift work, no ongoing caseload)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home client assessments and QA supervisory visits
- Engage clients and families with professionalism, compassion, and respect
- Accurately document findings using secure systems
- Submit all documentation the same day
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and California privacy standards

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Clean background check
- No felony convictions
- Reliable laptop for documentation
- Ability to complete assessments independently and on time
- Experience with home care and/or LTC assessments is preferred but not required
- Gerontology case management experience (a plus, not required)
