Network & New Media Development Manager
Description

Kenneth Copeland Ministries is seeking a Network & New Media Development Manager to drive the monetization, development, and marketing of the Kenneth Copeland Ministries network across on-air and digital channels. This role builds the revenue engine ads/sponsorships, product/commerce, and partnerships while aligning programming, campaigns, and distribution for growth.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own a 12–18-month revenue roadmap with targets across ads/sponsorships, product/commerce (merch, memberships, courses, events, affiliate), and strategic partnerships.
  • Package, price, pitch, negotiate, and renew sponsorships; manage trafficking, delivery, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Maintain a prioritized pipeline and media kit/rate card; uphold brand safety and ministry standards.

Network Development & Marketing

  • Translate programming plans into integrated marketing calendars, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Lead cross-channel distribution for long- and short-form content (CTV/OTT/FAST, YouTube, podcast feed, social, email, web/app).
  • Coordinate creator/network cross-promotions, guest strategies, platform features, and SEO for content/offer pages.

Pre-Produced Product Ecosystem

  • Stand up an Offer & Content Calendar: product bundles, premiums, landing pages, tracking (UTMs/QR), and fulfillment readiness.
  • Ensure offers and creative are ready before taping (CTAs, lower-thirds, scripts, vanity URLs/QRs).

Operations & Analytics

  • Implement tools for podcast hosting/DAI, CTV ad ops, attribution, and dashboards.
  • Report weekly on revenue, eCPM/RPM, offer attach rate, conversion, watch-time/retention, and renewal pipeline.



Requirements

Collaboration

  • Serve as the bridge between Marketing/Communications and TV; run weekly cross-functional standups (Ad Sales, Creative, Social, Email, Web, Production).
  • Partner with Legal on rights/IP and with Finance on forecasting and P&L hygiene.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue: Sponsorship revenue, eCPM/RPM, average deal size, renewal rate.
  • Commerce: Offer attach rate, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC?LTV; fulfillment SLAs.
  • Audience & Engagement: CTV watch time, completion rate, MoM growth (views/downloads).
  • Operational Readiness: % of shoots with complete pre-produced offer assets; on-time asset delivery.

Work setting

  • Onsite at Kenneth Copeland Ministries Headquarters (Fort Worth, TX) with manager-approved flexibility for WFH as needed.
  • Occasional evenings/weekends tied to production, releases, or live events.

EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

• Various audio, video and networking maintenance equipment. Also, various test and signal equipment.


TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs.


TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS:

• The mental demands vary from troubleshooting to extended overtime as required.

  • Born again believer and must adhere to this organization's doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
  • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions
  • Must maintain a good attendance record
  • Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
