We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing the full HubSpot suite (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations) to drive our marketing, sales, and operational initiatives. Your expertise in HubSpot will be instrumental in enhancing lead generation, improving member communication, enhancing member engagement and retention, and streamlining our overall member journey.

Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture Design, and Administration
- Support the primary architect in developing and documenting the HubSpot system design.
- Provide input on design decisions to ensure scalable solutions that integrate with existing systems.
- Design and configure custom objects and properties in HubSpot for assigned sections.
Process and Workflow Design
- Collaborate with the team to design and document workflows, pipelines, and automation processes.
- Ensure that designed processes meet business requirements and support operational efficiency.
System Buildout and Implementation
- Implement HubSpot system components, including pipelines, workflows, and automation.
- Ensure alignment of technical aspects with the overall architecture and business requirements.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Marketing and Sales Support
- Manage and optimize HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation platform, including contact management, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation using HubSpot tools such as forms, landing pages, and CTAs.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including building email templates, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the use of HubSpot's CRM features, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and sales reporting.
Reporting and Analytics
- Define reporting requirements and develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Set up, track and analyze marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead attribution using HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analytics purposes.
Integration Development and Data Management
- Assist in defining and implementing integration strategies using iPaaS and custom-built solutions.
- Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other systems.
- Maintain and clean HubSpot databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date member and prospect information.
Training, Support, and Stakeholder Communication
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings, collaborating with team members to understand their department’s unique needs.
- Assist in developing training guides and FAQs for credit union staff.
Best Practices, Quality Assurance, and Administration
- Apply best practices and standards for HubSpot implementation.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure the system meets business requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, tools, and industry best practices.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HubSpot platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience working with HubSpot as a specialist or administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation features.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and interpret marketing metrics.
- Experience with HubSpot integrations, data management, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- HubSpot certifications (such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification) are a plus.
