Overview
We are partnered with a multi-million-dollar, industry-leading medical device and wound care organization seeking a driven Medical Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in Virginia. This is an opportunity to step into a well-positioned territory with significant upside, strong brand recognition, and uncapped earning potential.

The ideal candidate is either early in their medical sales career looking to grow into a high-income role, or a proven Fortune 500 B2B sales professional ready to transition into medical sales.


Key Responsibilities
• Sell advanced wound care products to wound care clinics and home health agencies
• Manage and grow an established territory with existing business and expansion opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, administrators, and key decision-makers
• Drive new business development while expanding utilization within current accounts
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate territory planning, forecasting, and CRM documentation
• Represent the company with professionalism, clinical credibility, and strong product knowledge


Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $70,000–$90,000
• Year 1 on-target earnings: $130,000–$155,000
• Uncapped commission potential
• Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
• Car reimbursement / car allowance provided
• Established territory with immediate opportunity

Requirements

Qualified candidates will come from one of the following backgrounds:
• Early-career medical sales professionals currently earning under $150K and looking to scale their income
• Fortune 500 B2B sales professionals with 2+ years of strong, measurable sales performance
• Proven ability to close, grow accounts, and manage a sales territory
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• High level of organization, accountability, and drive
• Comfort working independently in a field-based role
• Medical, healthcare, or clinical selling experience is a plus but not required
