Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Associate Producer to support our game development team in our Las Vegas studio. This is an on site position. This role will assist with the development pipeline and help manage the day-to-day activities of the game development team. The Associate Producer will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, working closely with the development and production teams to drive games from concept to completion.


Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage, document, and maintain the game development process.
  • Coordinate and manage team resources to support successful project execution.
  • Maintain the game development schedule and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall production schedule.
  • Facilitate the completion of tasks and milestones for the game development team.
  • Communicate tasks and updates to all necessary team members and manage these through to successful completion.
  • Report progress on all games to studio management.
  • Support the Producer and Head of Game Development as necessary.
Requirements

Experience and Education

  • Strong, clear communicator with the ability to engage multiple teams
  • Excellent at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and disseminating information to colleagues and management
  • Understanding of game development processes and pipelines
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and displays strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills with a passion for making games and continuous growth
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • College degree or equivalent; game development/production training is preferred
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and/or other task management software is a plus
