Agile Space Industries is seeking a remote Project Scheduler to support the planning and execution of complex aerospace propulsion programs and infrastructure initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring schedule integrity across engineering, manufacturing, test operations, and capital projects as Agile continues to scale. The Project Scheduler partners closely with program leadership to provide visibility, identify risks, and enable informed decision making throughout the full project lifecycle.


This role can be onsite or remote, and we are currently accepting candidates residing in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington, Utah, Iowa, and Oklahoma. You MUST live and work from one these states to work remotely for Agile Space Industries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules within Microsoft Project supporting propulsion development programs, test campaigns, and capital infrastructure projects
  • Build and maintain resource loaded Integrated Master Schedules that integrate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, facilities, and test activities
  • Establish schedule baselines and track progress against milestones and deliverables
  • Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and variance analysis
  • Provide regular schedule updates, reporting, and dashboard views for program leadership and executives
  • Support scenario planning and what-if analysis to evaluate impacts of technical changes, resource constraints, and shifting priorities
  • Collaborate closely with program managers, engineering leads, operations, finance, and leadership to align schedule, scope, and execution plans
  • Ensure schedule logic, sequencing, and dependencies are accurate and maintained
  • Incorporate approved changes into schedules and support change control processes
  • Help establish scheduling standards, best practices, and governance as Agile continues to grow
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

3 or more years of experience in project scheduling for complex technical or engineering programs

Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Project

Strong understanding of critical path method scheduling and schedule performance analysis

Experience working in cross functional, matrixed environments

Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) projects

Experience with multiple contract types

Experience with Earned Value Management concepts

PMI SP, PMP, or similar project or scheduling certification


Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer


Employment Type: Exempt

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000-$102,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity, and is typically made within the midrange, rather than the upper end.

Work Schedule: Full Time

Location: Remote in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington, Utah, Iowa, and Oklahoma only.
