These roles are primarily in-office at our Downtown Kansas City location, with flexibility to work from home or offsite one day per week, with the potential for up to two days per week based on performance, role responsibilities, and business needs.
About the Position
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand growth, demand creation, and revenue across Paris Brothers’ cafés, retail, eCommerce, subscriptions, and B2B channels. This role connects brand strategy with commercial performance, ensuring consistent and compelling product storytelling that translates into measurable results.
This position leads promotions, launches, and community-driven initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Working cross-functionally with café operations, sales, and marketing teams, the Marketing Manager activates the brand across physical and digital touchpoints while strengthening Paris Brothers’ presence within the communities it serves.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own brand and revenue-driving marketing strategy across B2C (DTC, cafés, subscriptions, gift cards), B2B/wholesale, and retail/CPG
2. Develop and manage the annual and promotional marketing calendar; provide direction to channel marketing partners
3. Lead promotions and offers that drive incremental revenue while protecting brand equity
4. Lead product launches, providing customer-led input into pricing, positioning, and assortment
5. Own B2B funnel development and CRM oversight, including lead generation, retargeting, and nurture programs
6. Drive café traffic through menu marketing, LTOs, in-store activations, and seasonal programs
7. Own sponsorships and community partnerships from strategy through activation and reporting
8. Lead LinkedIn strategy, white papers, blogs, and webinars to build B2B thought leadership
9. Develop and grow coffee subscription programs, including value proposition, optimization, and segmentation
10. Grow online and café gift card sales
11. Lead merchandise programs, bundles, lifecycle management, and sales growth
12. Partner with VP Marketing & PR agency to generate earned media and community visibility
13. Monitor category trends, competition, and consumer behavior to refine positioning
14. Own campaign briefs, KPIs, and success metrics; deliver campaign wrap reports and optimization recommendations
15. Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing with revenue targets and pipeline development
16. Activate coffee sales programs with hospitality and B2B partners, including GTM strategy and sales tools
17. Drive retail velocity through shopper marketing, promotions, in-store trial, sampling, and targeted geo-advertising
18. Develop compelling B2B and retail brand content, including quality markers, recipes, and collaborations
19. Support growth of Parisi Coffee, Mother Earth Coffee, Cervasi Italian Foods, Margaritas Amigos, and Luigi Bonura brands as needed
20. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience
· B.S. or M.S. in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Seven (7) to twelve (12) years of experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, integrated marketing, or revenue-driving roles.
· Demonstrated experience driving measurable B2C and/or B2B revenue growth
· Experience developing and managing marketing calendars, promotions, and campaigns
· Experience partnering closely with sales, operations, and external agencies
· Specialty coffee, premium CPG, food & beverage, or hospitality experience strongly preferred
· Experience supporting B2B and retail sales growth

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
· May work in a normal office environment and/or occasional remote office as approved. Will sometimes be required to work and/or attend meetings.
· Monday through Friday 8am until 5pm
· Occasional abnormal hours or weekends are expected and required for specific events or high-priority projects
TRAVEL
· Occasional travel within the metropolitan area will be required.
· Occasional travel outside the metropolitan area may be required.
