This is a full-time, remote position based in the Bahamas
If you’re a commercially minded leader who values long-term relationships as much as sound economics, this role places you at the center of decisions that shape MASA’s international growth. As Director, Strategic Partnerships, you’ll steward MASA’s most important third-party relationships--helping ensure our medical transport and insurance operations remain financially strong and operationally reliable.
You’ll lead senior-level commercial discussions with air ambulance providers and insurers, translating financial insight into partnership strategies that balance discipline with service quality, compliance, and long-term stability.
At MASA, accountability, trust, and collaboration guide our work as we live our mission of protecting families with compassion when others don’t. This role is ideal for a leader who brings credibility and a partnership-first mindset to complex commercial environments.
