The Guest Relations Teammate creates a welcoming, high-energy, and exceptional experience for Under Armour teammates and guests at the Performance Center. This role is responsible for supporting daily front-desk and facility operations while helping drive participation in fitness, recovery, personal training, group exercise, events, and wellness programming. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for helping others, building relationships, and creating a positive corporate wellness experience.
Guest Experience & Engagement
- Welcome Under Armour teammates and guests, assist with check-ins, and answer membership and facility questions.
- Build authentic relationships with members and encourage ongoing participation in available fitness and wellness offerings.
- Lead facility tours and introduce teammates to personal training, group exercise, recovery services, events, and other engagement opportunities.
- Support Under Armour activation and engagement goals through proactive outreach, event promotion, and personalized member follow-up.
- Communicate current programs, promotions, schedules, and important facility updates clearly and enthusiastically.
- Encourage member feedback and help ensure concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and “stage-ready” fitness-center environment; complete daily facility inspections and assigned cleaning responsibilities.
- Accurately manage check-ins, scheduling, member notes, and other transactions within applicable CRM and lead-generation systems.
- Respond to member, guest, and prospect inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Support outreach efforts to prospective and existing members, including phone calls, follow-up, referrals, and program reminders.
- Maintain knowledge of the Performance Center’s services, equipment, wellness programs, policies, and Under Armour-specific offerings.
- Participate in daily huddles, coaching, team meetings, and activation planning with the Senior Team Lead and Corporate Fitness Manager.
- Follow all company and client policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Skills and Experience:
- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be a passionate team player.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Google Suite and database applications, specifically CRM software systems and lead generation systems.
- Ability to multi-task with strong time management skills.
- Ability to complete assignments and responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner, often with strict and/or conflicting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
- Must have exceptional strong customer service experience and skills.
Physical:
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Must frequently lift 25 pounds or more.
- Must be able to be on feet for at least eight hours per day, if needed.
