Description

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and contacts sales leads generated by the Dealership Customer Relations Management System 
  • Determines customer vehicle needs by listening and asking questions
  • Operates telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies
  • Follows pre-determined scripts when contacting sales leads via telephone
  • Sets customer appointments for Internet Department Sales Consultants
  • Tracks and inputs customer information into Dealership CRM
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Open availability including evenings and weekends.
  • Clean driving record 
  • Valid California drivers license. 
  • Ability to obtain a sales license from the DMV. 
  • Clean background check. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role a plus
