General Manager – HVAC & Plumbing

An established HVAC and plumbing company in Midland, TX is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive continued growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for P&L, team performance, and overall business success.

You MUST have prior General Manager experience running an HVAC AND Plumbing company.

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day operations across HVAC and plumbing teams
• Own P&L, budgeting, and overall financial performance
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
• Improve processes, systems, and overall business performance
• Ensure a strong customer experience and positive team culture
• Partner with ownership on growth strategy and execution

Qualifications of our next General Manager:  

• Proven operational leadership experience managing and growing HVAC and plumbing businesses  
•  Experience leading both HVAC technicians and plumbers  
•  Responsible Master Plumber license strongly preferred  
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing systems  
• Demonstrated success owning and managing P&L  
•  Track record of hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams  
• Experience stabilizing and scaling multi-location operations  
•  Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
