Tareen Development Partners (TDP) is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Development team across new development and acquisition projects. This role focuses on organization, documentation, scheduling, and coordination to keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Track development timelines, approvals, and key project milestones
- Coordinate information between internal teams and external consultants
- Maintain due diligence and financing checklists and project documentation
- Provide administrative support for financing applications (LIHTC, Bonds, TIF, HOME, CDBG, AHP)
- Assist with lender and agency requests and organize required materials
- Prepare draft draw packages and track funding requests
- Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with vendor coordination, contracts, invoicing, and document tracking
- Support closing logistics, insurance documentation, and FF&E administration
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shared document platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
