Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards

- Support the Food Services Supervisor in daily kitchen operations

- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper storage of ingredients

- Develop and implement menu items in collaboration with the culinary team

- Ensure timely and efficient service during meal periods

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook, sous chef, or similar culinary role

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Culinary certification or relevant training preferred
