Description

Brinkley RV, a trailblazer in the RV industry, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Customer Care. The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department and Director of Operations. This role assists with legal documentation, case management, communication with internal and external parties, and coordination related to legal matters, complaints, and repurchased units. 

Requirements

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities 

Individuals applying for this position are required to:

  • Demonstrate understanding and strong familiarity with legal forms, notices, and release documents.
  •  Review documentation and case files to interpret legal positions and identify relevant issues.
  •  Assist the Legal Manager in preparing written correspondence and completing required legal documentation.
  • Support and track the legal process from initial notice or demand through final resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication and consistent follow-up with all parties involved in complaint or demand resolution.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management, accounting, and other internal departments as required.
  • Provide support to the Director of Operations as requested.
  • Assist the Legal Department Manager with legal case matters, including BBB complaints and Attorney General inquiries.
  • Assist with repurchased unit processes, including repairs and transportation coordination.

Education Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • A background in legal administration, a paralegal role, or formal paralegal training is strongly preferred.

Experience Required

  • Proficient in Excel & Word
  • Previous RV Knowledge or background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
